The MyDH client control panel is completely interactive and is loaded with functionality, allowing you to manage and monitor all aspects of your Dedicated Hosting services and account. Containing a wealth of information, your UKFast education begins here with our unique School of Hosting!

Your MyDH client area offers unique features including:
  • A comprehensive suite of reporting tools to monitor and manage all your Dedicated Hosting servers - view real time graphs for bandwidth, packets per second, see your reboot history and backup reports.
  • Ability to dynamically change DNS settings - our latest update allows you to update any of your DNS records including A-Name, C-Name, text entries, and reverse DNS settings.
  • Register and transfer domain names in an instant.
  • Assign multiple contacts and manage permissions - increase the security of your servers by only allowing authorised staff to have access to your billing section, or your server reporting section. You can also set who gets which alerts and newsletters here.
  • View your account online - whether you need a copy invoice, to view your billing history, set up a direct debit or want to pay an invoice.
  • Direct access to the support team using our secure Priority Support System ticketing system - track the status of your ticket in real time. Compliments free phone support.
